Welcome to Grace Chapel
When the apostle Paul entered the great city of Athens, he proclaimed good news of Jesus Christ to a diverse people steeped in philosophy, culture, and religion.
At Grace Chapel, we seek to continue that legacy in the capital city of Boise and the surrounding metro area (Meridian, Eagle, Kuna and Nampa), otherwise known as the Treasure Valley.
The Boise metro area is a place similar to first-century Athens in some regards:
- a marketplace of ideas and different forms of spirituality
- a vibrantly growing arts and music community
- an educational center that is home to over 10 different universities and colleges
- a political headquarters to state and national government
- a metropolitan and commercial hub and considered one of the fastest growing areas in the Pacific Northwest (Fast Company rated Boise one of the 30 fastest growing cities in the world).
In the book of Acts the apostle Paul addressed a group of people in the meeting at the Areopagus and said: “Men of Athens! I see that in every way you are very religious. For as I walked around and looked carefully at your objects of worship, I even found an altar with this inscription: TO AN UNKNOWN GOD. Now what you worship as something unknown I am going to proclaim to you.” Acts 17: 22-23
Paul’s message embodies our mission and passion. We desire to proclaim and to live the message of Jesus. Our church lives for Jesus as a community within the greater community of the Treasure Valley by loving God, understanding culture, and helping people say yes to God.
Our church is more than a building or an organization. Grace Chapel is a group of people who are “on mission,” a community of faith, a population of diverse individuals united by a common relationship with Jesus Christ.
We strive to worship Him with every aspect of our lives, as we enjoy our city and its culture, as we laugh and eat good food with friends, and as we serve each other, our neighbors, and our God.

If you are visiting this page, you are either new to Grace Chapel or just checking us out - welcome!
When you walk through the doors you will be greeted by friendly people. As you enter the auditorium, it feels like a living room for a reason. We want you to feel at home and linger. Dress is casual. It's a place you can bring your friends and family where they will feel comfortable too.
You will notice a coffee bar that serves Starbucks coffee located in the our foyer, grab a cup of coffee before your enter the auditorium for worship. The worship is fresh, and it points to Jesus. The teaching is Biblically based, relevant, and creatively communicated.
If you have children, off the foyer is the entrance to the Kids Church and other nursery classrooms where you can check-in your kids before the service begins. The Grace Children’s ministry staff is ready to partner with you!
Coming to church is a great way to connect with people, worship God and grow in your faith. To learn more about how to get involved or just to ask a question or two, stop by the Info Center in the foyer.
